Welcome to the Changing Past Trauma program, where we delve into the profound influence of your past experiences, your present behavior, and your well-being. Our aim is to provide you with the tools and guidance to reshape your past, leading to a more fulfilling present and future.

The Power of Past Experiences

Our lives are a reflection of the experiences we have encountered along the way. Each action and behavior we exhibit is intricately tied to our past. This learning and evolutionary process can be broken down into four essential steps:

  • Experience: Our encounters and interactions shape our perception of the world.

  • Interpretation: We assign meaning to these experiences, forming the basis for our beliefs and attitudes.

  • Application: We apply our interpretations to determine our present behaviors and actions.

  • Cycle: This process repeats and compounds as we navigate through life.

Considering this, it becomes evident that our interpretation of experiences serves as the foundation upon which our lives are built. Renowned psychologist R.D. Laing  proposed that our personalities, characters, and even our illnesses are influenced by our experiences, dating as far back as conception. While this idea may have initially seemed abstract, it is now widely acknowledged that your environment, such as the tone and mood experienced in utero, can significantly impact our well-being later in life.

In Changing Past Trauma, we recognize the profound impact of early influences and seek to mitigate their effects. Through our program, we provide exercises and techniques that allow you to reshape your past, empowering you to create the present and future you desire.

Things to Remember:

  1. Everyone carries trauma within them, regardless of its intensity.

  2. Traumas vary in their effect based on an individual's response, rather than the trauma's intensity itself. Any trauma you experience has the potential to disrupt your happiness.

  3. When faced with trauma, our subconscious creates strategies to cope. While some strategies may be effective, others can be flawed, leading to negative emotions and detrimental behaviors.

  4. Flawed strategies can perpetuate resentment, anger, jealousy, guilt, fear, grief, blame, and denial, hindering our path to happiness.

  5. It is possible to change the strategies our subconscious has chosen, even when traumas occurred many years ago.

By embarking on the Changing Past Trauma program, you will not only impact your present but also unlock the transformative power to positively influence your past. Together, we will shape a present and future that aligns with your aspirations.

Reshape your past for the present and future you want.
